PAN!C came together in 2003 in a San Francisco garage when British guitarists Dave and Ian joined forces with the reggae-driven bass and drums of Dii and Gregory. Fusing alternative rock guitar with afro-caribbean rhythms, jazz textures and soulful vocals, PAN!C perform their own original songs alongside innovative interpretations of material from such influences as Talking Heads, Bob Marley, Steely Dan and Morphine. The result is a rich, dynamic, fluid sound, reflecting its roots while building on them, extending the familiar to the unique. The band regularly plays live in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
